University of Delaware Online MBA - Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics

The University of Delaware Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics offers an online MBA that allows students to combine multiple concentrations or create their own for a tailored degree. Students of all academic and work backgrounds may apply to the online MBA, but must hold a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.

UD MBA students learn analytical skills using tools and data analysis, creativity in decision-making, an in-depth understanding of the workings of business and how to become a successful leader, and many other important skills. During the program, students participate in two unique online workshops.

The first covers emotional intelligence and critical thinking, including decision-making skills and how professionals must use both the rational and emotional sides of the brain. Students identify their own preferences and biases in decision-making and learn how to navigate the process more effectively.

The second online workshop focuses on communication, branding, and networking. It comprises four three-hour segments throughout a semester. These workshops set the Lerner MBA program apart along with other factors such as the highly accomplished professors with comprehensive business experience; the accelerated course format; personal career coaching services; and the flexibility to tailor the curriculum.

MBA graduates prepare to work in leadership roles in entrepreneurship, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, and more.

The University of Delaware is based in Newark, Delaware.
