Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or another area of specialization with at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA. The GMAT or GRE is required; however, test scores are waived for those with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.

MBA Curriculum: The online MBA program comprises 36 credits with 27 required credits and nine credits of electives. General MBA students choose any three courses from the electives. Those who choose a concentration must take the courses listed for that track.
Required courses include managerial accounting; marketing management; management information systems; organizational theory; human resource management; business ethics; managerial finance; business strategy; and managerial economics.

- Church Management: Spirituality in the workplace; leadership development; innovations in the contemporary church
- Computer Science: Web concepts for managers; Web 2.0 and beyond; robotics for managers
- Entrepreneurial Leadership: Entrepreneurship; leadership; entrepreneurial leadership
- Healthcare Management: Healthcare marketing; health finance; healthcare policy
- Human Resource Management: Compensation and benefits; negotiation and conflict resolution; human resource staffing
- Information Technology: Project management; information systems security; information systems infrastructure
- International Business: International marketing; managing global companies; global policies and concepts
- Marketing (three of the following): Healthcare marketing; international marketing; marketing research; marketing communication
- Supply Chain and Logistics Management: International trade regulations and global logistics; logistics and transportation management; procurement and supply management
Online Experience: New online students complete an online orientation with modules addressing email, technology issues, the online learning platform, and the student information system. CU delivers courses through Moodle (Learning House) as its online Learning Management System (LMS).
It is recommended that students have high-quality electronics and services to ensure a better online experience. Students should have a current laptop, mobile device, digital camera, digital scanner, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. Student support services include financial aid services, academic advising, an online library, an online bookstore, faculty office hours, career counseling, and technical support.
